- In Dec 2018, Aleph became the 1st company in the world to grow a beef steak from stem cells with all 4 constituents of mammal muscle tissue.
- In the Summer of 2019, the company started its Space track with a cooperation on the ISS with Russian company 3D Bio, jointly demonstrating the world's 1st steak grown from stem cells in Space.
- In Dec 2020, Aleph unveiled the prototype of its 1st commercial cultivated steak product in Singapore
