Her Excellency Sarah bint Yousef Al Amiri is the UAE Minister of State for Advanced Technology and Chairwoman of the UAE Space Agency. In her role as Minister of State for Advanced Technology, her Excellency spearheads the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology’s efforts to empower the adoption of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies and promote research and development in the advanced science and technology sector, in order to create new industries that drive the shift towards a knowledge economy. This, in turn, contributes to the overall mandate of the Ministry to strengthen the UAE’s industrial base, ensure in-country value, and raise the competitiveness of local industries. As Chairwoman of the Space Agency, Her Excellency is responsible to oversee the Agency’s mandate of guiding the space sector, ensuring its contribution to the national economy and to the UAE’s sustainable development.
Her Excellency is also the Chairwoman of the Emirates Scientists Council, Chairwoman of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Council, Chairwoman of the Dubai Future Academy Board of Trustees, and Deputy Project Manager and Science Lead of the Emirates Mars Mission (Hope) at the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC). Previously, Her Excellency was the Head of R&D at MBRSC, where she established the Centre’s knowledge management, strategic research and product assurance functionalities. She was also involved in DubaiSat-1 and DubaiSat-2, and in the establishment of the KhalifaSat program. In 2014, Her Excellency was tasked with and led the establishment of the Advanced Aerial Systems Program, where she championed development efforts on a prototype High Altitude Pseudo-Satellite. The project resulted in a successful 24-hour flight of the unmanned vehicle, which recorded the highest altitude of any aircraft over UAE airspace. In 2015, the World Economic Forum honoured Her Excellency as one of its 50 Young Scientists for her contributions to science, technology and engineering.
H.E. Sarah Al Amiri holds a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah.

قبل تولي معاليها منصبها الو ازري، قادت جهود األبحاث والتطوير في "مركز محمد بن راشد للفضاء" حيث أسست إدارة المعرفة واألبحاث االستراتيجية الخاصة بالمركز و وضع آليات
ضمان كفاءة وظائف المنتجات. كما كانت مهندسة برمجيات في مشروعي دبي سات - 1 ودبي سات-2 ،و كانت ضمن الفريق الذي عمل على برنامج تطوير مشروع "خليفة سات".
في عام 2014 ،عملت معالي سارة األميري على تأسيس وتطوير برنامج النظم الجوية المتقدمة، حيث قادت الجهود الناجحة إلطالق نموذج تجريبي أوليطائرة بدون طيار، حيث انتهت الرحلة التي استمرت 24 ساعة، بنجاح بعد التحليق إلى أعلى ارتفاع وصلت إليه أي مركبة بدون طيار في المجال الجوي دولة اإلمارات.

Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, Switzerland
Dr Natália Archinard holds the space portfolio at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland. She has been leading the Swiss delegation to the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS) for more than a decade and serves as the Chair of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee of COPUOS for the period 2020-2021. Ms Archinard has been representing the Swiss government in multilateral negotiations on space security and sustainability-related initiatives, including the development of the Guidelines on the Long-term Sustainability of Outer Space Activities within COPUOS (2011-2019) and the draft International Code of Conduct proposed by the European Union (2012-2015). She is member of the Swiss delegations to the European Space Agency (ESA), including at ministerial level, and to the United Nations General Assembly 1st and 4th Committees. At national level, she is involved in the design and the implementation of the Swiss space policy. Dr Archinard was educated in mathematics at the University of Geneva and obtained her PhD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich in 2000.
Renana comes from a strong technical background with extensive product and managerial experience in the areas of Technology, Global Innovation and strategy. Today, she manages the investment team at Grove Ventures, a leading Israeli early stage, deep technology fund established by Dov Moran. Prior to joining Grove Ventures, Renana worked at Applied Materials, a global technology leader, in various product and technical management positions. Her previous position was an engineering fellow at the Center for Innovation in Global Health Technologies at Northwestern University developing diagnostic devices for poor resourced countries. Renana hold an MSc from Northwestern University in Chicago in Engineering and a BSc from Tel Aviv University in Biomedical Engineering

Guido has more than 30 years’ experience in the space sector in companies like Telespazio, Eutelsat and Kratos Communications, ranging from operations and customer support to business development and sales, always dedicated to provide customers’ best experience whilst creating demand generation programs.
Prof. Isaac Ben-Israel
Chairman of the Israeli Space Agency at the Ministry of Science and Technology, Israel
Prof. Isaac Ben-Israel graduated from Tel Aviv University with degrees in mathematics, physics and philosophy, earning his PhD in 1988. A retired major-general in the Israel Air Force, Prof. Ben-Israel has served as head of military R&D of the Israel Defense Forces and the Ministry of Defense. He is a recipient of the Israel Defense Award (twice) and the Israel Air Force Award, and was a member of Knesset from 2007 to 2009.
He is the Chairman of the Israeli Space Agency at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Space and Head of the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center and the Yuval Ne'eman workshop for Science, Technology and Security at Tel Aviv University.
In 2010 he was appointed by Israel PM to lead a task force that submitted to the Government a plan which made Israel a major player in Cyber Security.
In 2018 he was appointed again by the PM to lead the next revolution in Israel: Secured Artificial Intteligence.
CHARLES F. BOLDEN JR.
Major General, US Marine Corps (Ret) 12th NASA Administrator
Retired Marine Corps Major General Charles Frank Bolden Jr. was the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) from July 2009 until January 2017. Bolden’s 34-year career with the Marine Corps included 14 years as a member of NASA’s Astronaut Office. After joining the office in 1980, he traveled into orbit four times aboard the space shuttle between 1986 and 1994, commanding two of the missions and piloting two others. Today, Bolden serves as the Founder and CEO Emeritus of The Charles F. Bolden Group. He also serves as an independent director of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings and Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina in addition to his numerous other professional affiliations. Bolden is a graduate of C.A. Johnson High School in Columbia, SC. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California. Bolden is married to the former Alexis Walker of Columbia, SC. They have two children, A. Che’ Bolden, Colonel, USMC (retired), Dr. Kelly M. Bolden, MD, and three granddaughters, Mikaley, Kyra and Talia.
Amir Blachman serves as the Chief Business Officer at Axiom Space. His career has focused on investing in and leading early stage companies. Before joining Axiom as the company’s first employee, he managed a syndicate of 120 space investors in 11 countries. Through this syndicate, he funded lunar landers, communication networks, Earth imaging satellites, antennae and exploration technologies.
Prior to merging his investment focus with on his lifelong passion for aerospace, Amir worked in real estate development, investment and lending as acquisitions manager and principal. He served as the operations director at BPO PeopleSupport and at WeddingChannel, helping both companies grow towards their ultimate acquisition. Amir’s core capabilities as a practical, mission-focused operator, were developed during his service in the Israeli Air Force.
At Axiom, he is responsible for the company's financial planning, investments and fundraising, and he plays integral roles in sales and marketing. He holds a BA in Psychology from U.C. Santa Barbara and an MBA from UCLA Anderson. He is an instrument-rated private pilot and lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.

Avi Blasberger is the Director of the Israeli Space Agency (ISA) - Ministry of Science and Technology since may 2016.
Avi Blasberger holds B.Sc. in Mechanical engineering from Ben Gurion University and. EMBA ( Executive Management Business Administration) from tel Aviv University.
Avi served at ELOP/ELBIT in various positions, most of them were space related, among them VP of Imagery Intelligence Division which was responsible for all airborne and spaceborne electro-optical observation systems in ELBIT. Avi acted as VP at Elbit Systems Electro-Optics until 2014. During this period Avi served as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Israeli Space Agency (ISA) and a Member of the Advisory Board for the HLS committee of The Israel Export Institute.
In a later phase, Avi had consulted to Samuel Neaman Institute for national research policy & served as the secretary of the space Committee of the National Council for R & D. During that period Avi studied for PhD. in Astrophysics in the Technion
Prof. Dan Blumberg
Vice President Ben Gurion University and head of the Earth and Planetary Image Facility
Prof. Dan G. Blumberg is the Vice President for Regional and Industrial Development, and Incumbent of the Simon Family Chair in Remote Sensing at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. From 2014 through 2019 Prof. Blumberg served as the Vice-President and Dean for Research and Development.
Prof. Blumberg received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University (1993) where he studied and worked in the Planetary Geology Group and focused on aeolian processes and microwave radar remote sensing to study arid zone environments and planetary geology.
Prof. Blumberg was a Co-I on the SRL (Spaceborne Radar Laboratory) mission, SRTM mission and other space missions. Prof. Blumberg has been working for the past 20 years on analysis of multi-parameter remote sensing data including radar, hyperspectral, multi-spectral and GPR data; he published numerous papers in the areas of windblown geomorphology and target and anomaly detection.
Prof. Blumberg combined field studies with the use of remote sensing data; he recently led the development and successful launch of a Nanosatellite, BGUsat - a 3U cubesat with a shortwave infrared imager onboard.
Prof. Blumberg has been a leader in the development of the IT and cyber eco-system in Beer-Sheva, he brought over 40 multi-national companies, 70 startups and almost 300 new engineers to the advanced technologies park in Beer-Sheva.
Prof. Blumberg is also a member of a national committee deigned to leverage the AI industry and research in Israel; he was recently elected to be an academy member of the International Academy of Astronoautics.
Rich Boling serves as vice president at Techshot, Inc., a space technology and services company that developed and owns a large catalog of research and manufacturing equipment, which it operates in space. Since 1988, the company’s payloads have flown aboard parabolic flight aircraft, sub-orbital rockets, space shuttles, Northrop Grumman Cygnus cargo vehicles, SpaceX Dragon cargo vehicles and the International Space Station (ISS). Besides operating its own equipment, Techshot also manages ISS facilities such as NASA’s Advanced Plant Habitat, and two of the station’s materials-science research furnaces. Boling joined the company more than 20 years ago, and leads business development, media relations and government relations efforts.
Mr. Michel Brafman

Michal Brichta is a Team Leader and Senior Consultant of the Investment Projects Department at Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO), working under the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. In summer 2019 he launched the Diversification services team within the agency aimed at supporting the diversification of Slovak companies towards high-tech high-growth sectors. Today it is systematically focused on 4 promising areas: space industry, aviation industry, innovative mobility, and medical technology. Through these activities, SARIO has become the leading stakeholder in the development of the space industry in Slovakia.
He also represents Slovakia as a National Expert on the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 Space Programme Committee.
Prof. Daniel Britt
Astronomy and Planetary Sciences at the Department of Physics, University of Central Florida
Dr. Daniel Britt is the Pegasus Professor of Astronomy and Planetary Sciences at the Department of Physics, University of Central Florida. He was educated at the University of Washington and Brown University, receiving a Ph.D. from Brown in 1991. He has had a varied career including service in the US Air Force as an ICBM missile launch officer and an economist for Boeing before going into planetary sciences. He has served on the science teams of four NASA missions, Mars Pathfinder and Deep Space 1, the New Horizons Mission Science Team for the flyby of the Kuiper Belt asteroid 486958 Arrokoth, and the Lucy Mission Science Team for a series of flybys of asteroids near Jupiter. He was the project manager for the camera on Mars Pathfinder and has built hardware for all the NASA Mars landers. He currently does research on the physical properties and mineralogy of asteroids, comets, the Moon, and Mars under several NASA grants and is the director of the Center for Lunar and Asteroid Surface Science (CLASS), a node of NASA’s Solar System Exploration Research Virtual Institute (SSERVI). He also leads the Exolith Lab which is the world’s leading provider of science-based simulants for Lunar, Asteroid, and Martian regoliths. He has served as the Chair of the Division for Planetary Sciences of the American Astronomical Society and the Planetary Geology Division of the Geological Society of America. Honors include 7 NASA Achievement Awards, election as a Fellow of the Meteoritical Society, and an asteroid named after him; 4395 DanBritt.
